Hi Anna, Yes can be! Ask yourself how the stress of those things prevent you from feeling more hopeful or prevent you from doing things you know will make you more hopeful. All fears are cloggers not all cloggers are fears. An example of a clogger that’s not a fear is spending a lot of time with a ex. I have a relative who took this course a while back and they are blind to the fact that they spend all the time with their ex and even live next door to them, travel with them etc. Not my place to point that out – cus, you know, they are family!
